ROYAL CAMP SERVICES LTD. are extremely proud of our relationships
with the First Nations people while working on their Traditional Lands.
Our goal is to actively solicit and support the participation of First Nations people through direct hire, partnerships and sub-contracted services.
ROYAL CAMP SERVICES LTD. enjoys a dynamic 50/50 partnership with the Primco Dene of the Cold Lake First Nations, jointly operating numerous camps in the Cold Lake and Christina Lake areas under the name Primco Dene
Royal Camp Services LP. (PDRC).
ROYAL CAMP SERVICES LTD. has an association with the Prophet River First Nations entity, Prophet River Management, to provide camp and catering services in north eastern British Columbia.
We also have working agreements with the newly emerged Peerless Trout First Nation along with Chipweyan Lake relative to camp and catering opportunities on their Traditional Lands.
With active contracts through our partnerships and direct hires, 50% to 80% of our daily payroll, more than 120 people, are First Nations people.
