Roles and Responsibilities

1. Prepare the daily amount of sandwiches needed with a whole variety of flavors. Make sure all sandwiches are color coded for each day of the week. For example: Monday – mark red; Tuesday – mark blue…
2. Once sandwich making is complete for the day, clean up your area and then help out the rest of the kitchen staff. Ensure that all kitchen and dining areas are clean and well maintained.
3. Support in washing the kitchen and dining room walls, ceiling, windows and exhaust areas on a regular basis.
4. Please ensure that any food allergies that affect the client or a Royal Camp Services Ltd. employee are reported to the Kitchen Manager.
5. Participate in camp inspections conducted by Royal Camp Services Ltd.
6. Support the movement of stock. Ensure proper lifting techniques are used.
7. Report all injuries to the Kitchen Manager immediately.
8. Sandwich Maker usually work’s night shift unless otherwise noted.
